All of our plumbing and heating installations carry a standard 1-year parts and labour guarantee, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your quotation.However, because we use premium products from leading industry manufacturers, many of our installations qualify for significantly extended manufacturer warranties at no extra cost to you. Common examples include:Boilers: Typically covered by a 5, 7, 10 or 12-year manufacturer warranty, depending on the specific make and model.Heat Pumps: Most manufacturers offer 5 years, some extending to 7, or 10 years.Unvented Hot Water Cylinders: Often feature an impressive 25-year manufacturer warranty.This is subject to manufacturers terms and conditions.

No, we don't provide a dedicated emergency breakdown service.Our reputation is built on delivering high-quality plumbing and heating work, and we believe that lasting repairs shouldn't be compromised by the limited availability of parts and materials outside normal working hours. Rather than offering a service that may fall short of our standards, we focus on providing repairs that are completed thoroughly and correctly.On the occasions we're able to assist outside of normal working hours, our first priority is always your safety and the protection of your property.
